1. Sales Strategy and Target Setting
① Develop regional sales targets and plans based on the company's overall strategy.
② Responsible for the formulation and management of sales budgets, as well as the setting of sales targets and quotas.
③ Adjust sales strategies and plans promptly according to market changes.
2. Sales Team Management and Development
① Responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing the sales team.
② Evaluate and assess the performance of sales personnel, and be responsible for building team morale and cohesion.
③ Supervise the performance of sales personnel, including the implementation of sales policies and processes.
3. Customer Relationships and Market Expansion
① Develop new customers while maintaining and developing existing customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
