Job description The ideal candidate is a creative, versatile designer who can work across video editing, website design, and social media content. You'll be part of an AI-powered creative agency serving clients across Iraq and the MENA region — working with cutting-edge AI tools alongside traditional design skills to deliver polished, client-ready work. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects from concept to final delivery. Responsibilities • Edit and assemble video content — adding text overlays, transitions, voiceovers, and motion graphics using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools • Design modern websites and landing pages with attention to luxury aesthetics (dark themes, gold accents, clean typography) • Create social media creatives — carousels, story templates, Reels covers, and ad designs for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Design in both Arabic (RTL) and English for bilingual campaigns • Work cross-functionally with the production and strategy teams • Multi-task across multiple client projects simultaneously Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related creative role • Strong portfolio showing video edits, web design, and social media creatives • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CapCut, Figma, or Canva Pro • Ability to design bilingual Arabic/English content • Experience on various social media platforms and understanding of Iraqi/MENA market trends Nice to Have • Experience with motion graphics or After Effects • Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools • Web design-to-code workflow experience
