Develop and drive the bank’s long-term Human Capital Strategy aligned with business expansion, governance, and risk frameworks.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on organizational design, leadership capability, and succession planning.
Lead workforce transformation initiatives, including restructuring, digital HR transformation, and culture change programs.
Establish robust talent management and succession pipelines for critical and executive roles.
Oversee executive compensation frameworks, incentive schemes, and performance-linked reward systems aligned with regulatory standards.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, Central Bank regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal audit requirements.
Lead employee engagement strategy while safeguarding ethical conduct and institutional integrity.
Utilize HR analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making at executive level.
Manage organizational risk from a human capital perspective, including conduct risk and regulatory exposure.
