Inventory Control Officer - F&B 

Al-Salail Company for General Trading & Food Services is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Officer to join our team in Baghdad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic inventory counts across branches and locations.

- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.

- Identify and analyze inventory variances and discrepancies.

- Investigate the causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock control procedures.

- Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to resolve inventory issues.

- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock discrepancies.

- Use Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inventory control.

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and variance analysis.

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other inventory management systems is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Location: Baghdad – Karrada, Alhuriaa square.
