Business Development & Marketing Officer

ESS is looking for a motivated and analytical team member to help us grow our client base and strengthen our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and introduce ESS services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain client communication.

• Prepare and send company profiles, brochures, and promotional offers.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Analyze results and provide regular performance reports.

• Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve client acquisition and business growth.

• Support marketing and social media activities when required.

**Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.

**Work Location: Baghdad – Zayoona

**Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

**Weekly Off:Friday

**Salary:800,000 – 1,000,000 IQD (based on qualifications and performance)

**Probation Period: 2 months
