Job Summary:

• Lead and govern the Project Management Office at the Holding Company level

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and control of strategic government projects

• Ensure unified project management methodologies across subsidiary companies

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and compliance

• Coordinate with relevant government entities and internal stakeholders

• Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board

🔹 Financial Audit Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead financial and internal audit activities across the Holding Company and subsidiaries

• Develop and implement annual audit plans approved by the Board / Audit Committee

• Review financial records, transactions, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance

• Evaluate internal control systems and financial procedures

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior governance bodies

• Support financial governance, transparency, and risk mitigation

🔹 Reporting & Data Quality Manager

Job Summary:

• Oversee preparation and consolidation of group-level financial and management reports

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all subsidiary companies

• Establish and enforce data quality standards and reporting controls

• Review KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports

• Coordinate with finance, audit, operations, and IT teams

• Support executive decision-making through high-quality reporting and data governance
