Job Opportunity | Junior IT & AV Technician Company: Iraq Mall/Baghdad-Aldora.Job Details:Job Title: Junior IT & AV TechnicianWorking Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (8 hours)Working Days: 6 days per weekWeekly Day Off: SundayJob Summary:The Junior IT & AV Technician will be responsible for supporting the daily operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of all Audio-Visual and IT systems across Iraq Mall, including indoor and outdoor LED screens, digital signage, fountain show systems, and audio playback systems. The role ensures smooth technical operations and high-quality audio-visual performance during working hours, events, and live shows.Key Responsibilities:• Operate, monitor, and maintain all indoor and outdoor LED screens and digital signage systems.• Support the operation of the fountain show system, including music synchronization, lighting coordination, and visual effects.• Perform first-level troubleshooting and minor repairs for AV and IT hardware and software.• Assist in installation, configuration, and calibration of screens, controllers, audio systems, and playback devices.• Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operation during peak hours and events.• Coordinate with Marketing, Events, IT teams, and external vendors.• Conduct routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and basic backups.• Prepare daily technical reports.• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications & Experience:• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in:Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (with AV experience).• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in: AV systems, LED screens, Sound systems, Digital signage, Show control systems• Basic knowledge of: LED controllers, Audio playback systems, Video processors, Basic networking• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Basic English communication skills.📩 How to Apply:Please send your CV to:📧 hr@iraqmall.com📱 WhatsApp: 07883933569
