Procurement Manager

Saj Alreef Group, a leading name in the restaurant industry spanning both fast food and dine-in concepts, is looking to hire a Procurement Manager to join our growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

·      Manage the full procurement cycle — from identifying needs through to goods receipt — covering raw food ingredients and operational supplies across all branches.

·      Build and maintain a reliable supplier base, negotiating the best prices and terms while ensuring product quality and supply continuity.

·      Develop periodic purchasing plans in coordination with kitchen, operations, and finance teams.

·      Monitor inventory levels and prevent surplus or shortage of essential materials.

·      Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards in line with F&B industry requirements.

·      Analyze market pricing, track food commodity fluctuations, and propose cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.

·      Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

·      Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in the restaurant or F&B sector.

·      Strong knowledge of food supply chains, vendor management, and inventory systems.

·      Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close effective supply agreements.

·      Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management software.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.

·      Strong analytical and organisational skills.

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
