Dania Al-Khair – Super Kids Mart is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, overseeing daily retail operations across our children’s toys and newborn essentials category.

📍 Location: Baghdad – Mansour

⏰ Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Days: Saturday – Thursday

💰 Salary: 1,750,000 – 2,000,000 IQD

✅ Key Responsibilities

▸ Supervise daily sales team performance and ensure full compliance with company policies and standards.

▸ Track daily and weekly sales targets and submit regular performance reports to management.

▸ Maintain the highest levels of customer service, tailored to the nature of children’s and newborn products.

▸ Train, onboard, and develop sales staff — building selling skills and product knowledge.

▸ Oversee in-store display, product arrangement, and ensure consistent availability of all key items.

▸ Coordinate with management to report operational or sales issues and propose appropriate solutions.

▸ Participate in executing in-store promotional campaigns and marketing activations.
