Job Title: Sales SupervisorLocation: BaghdadJob Type: Full-time (5 days a week) (9 AM - 4 PM)Location: Baghdad - Al-Mansour Salary Range: 2,000,000 IQD Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for a sales supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring performance and inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure workflow efficiency.- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.- Oversee product display, merchandising, and stock management.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.- Train, coach, and support sales staff to maintain high performance levels.- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and campaigns.- Stay updated on market trends and maintain strong product knowledge. Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. To apply please send your CV to:muhmdalrawi@darjah-iq.comSubject line: Sales Supervisor
