About the Role


 

The People Operations Specialist (HR Generalist) will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and people operations. This role works closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company policies.


 

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and coordinate hiring activities.

Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external service providers.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare HR reports.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.

Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.

Experience managing the full recruitment cycle is preferred.

Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
