We are hiring for the following positions:

Safety Culture Site Coach

Requirements:

University degree in Safety, Engineering (Mechanical / Petroleum / Chemical / Environmental or related)

2–4 years Oil & Gas experience

Minimum 2 years in HSE functions

Experience in safety culture initiatives & coaching

Strong knowledge of PTW, Golden Rules & Life Saving Rules

Fluency in English & Arabic

Strong coaching and engagement skills

Work at Height Specialist (IRATA Level 3 Mandatory)

Requirements:

IRATA Level 3 certification (Mandatory)

Oil & Gas high-risk environment experience

Strong rope access & height safety expertise

Experience in audits, inspections & risk assessments

Fluent in Arabic & English

Ability to lead awareness campaigns & field coaching

Isolation Specialist (Electrical & Mechanical)

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical & electrical isolation

Strong Permit-to-Work knowledge

Oil & Gas background

Field mobility & site-based experience

Strong reporting & documentation skills

Fluent Arabic & English

Excavation & Confined Space Specialist

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years civil engineering experience

Strong trenching, shoring & excavation safety knowledge

Confined space entry & rescue experience

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 knowledge (or equivalent)

Oil & Gas or heavy industrial experience

Fluent Arabic & English

Scaffolding Specialist

Requirements:

Proven scaffolding experience (Oil & Gas preferred)

Valid scaffolding certification (CISRS / OSHA equivalent)

Strong understanding of scaffold systems & load calculations

Ability to read technical drawings

Strong HSE awareness
