(IT Help Desk Specialist)

Location: Baghdad - Karada, Arasat Al-Hindyia Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Reporting to: IT Manager

Job Summary:

Ekur Company is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT

Help Desk Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting with network and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

PC Maintenance & Support

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.

Format computers, install drivers, and perform system updates.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.

System Administration

Manage basic Active Directory tasks, including user account creation, modification, and password resets.

Assist in maintaining user access and permissions.

Network & CCTV Support

Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support network-related tasks.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems.

Coordinate with vendors when required for maintenance and support.

Documentation & IT Operations

Maintain records of IT assets, support requests, and technical documentation.

Ensure IT equipment is functioning properly and report

Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC maintenance.

Basic understanding of Active Directory.

Familiarity with networking concepts and CCTV systems.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
