Job Vacancy: ERP Support Team Leader– Advanced Achievement Company for Automated Technical Solutions

📍 Location: Baghdad ,AL-Saydiya 

•  Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the ERP support team

• Manage tickets, workload distribution, and escalations

• Provide advanced functional support across ERP modules

• Ensure timely issue resolution and system stability

• Coordinate with implementation/development teams when needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP support experience

• Strong functional knowledge in Finance, Inventory, HR, or related modules

• Previous leadership or senior support experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
