Job Vacancy: Store Manager

Al-Taawon Company is pleased to announce the availability of a vacancy for the position of Store Manager within the Operations Department to lead one of our branches and ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

 • Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance and customer service standards.

 • Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate stock replenishment.

 • Achieve sales targets and improve store performance through effective planning and execution.

 • Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

 • Manage store merchandising, cleanliness, and visual display standards.

 • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

 • Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure store safety and security.

 • Coordinate with the HR, Finance, and Supply Chain departments when needed.

 • Participate in recruiting new store staff and conducting performance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

 • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in retail, including 2 years of experience within hypermarket concept. 

 • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 • Proven ability to manage staff and drive sales performance.

 • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

 • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

 • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

 • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

 • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
