We are hiring an experienced *Accounting Manager* to lead our finance and accounting operations.

*Qualifications:*  

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA is strongly preferred.

*Skills & Experience:*  

- Minimum 10 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in FMCG or Retail  

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations  

- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar  

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills  

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities  

- High attention to detail with ability to meet strict financial deadlines  

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll  

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements  

- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, IFRS, and internal policies  

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis  

- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and tax authorities  

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures  

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management  

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
