We're Hiring: Project Management Officer

About the Role & Key Responsibilities:

First Iraqi Bank (FIB) is seeking a qualified and motivated Project Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of strategic and operational projects across the bank while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or related fields.

Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation preparation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of project management tools and tracking systems is considered an advantage.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.

Previous experience within the banking or financial sector is preferred.

Experience in technology, digital transformation, or large-scale organizational projects is considered an advantage.

PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience working in banking environments or large organizations is preferred.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good command of Arabic & English.
