📢 Job Opportunity – Employee Relations (ER) Officer

Nara & Naranj Restaurants are looking for a dedicated Employee Relations (ER) Officer to join our team.

📍 Location: Zayouna, Baghdad

🕒 Working Hours: Full Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

📅 Working Schedule: 6 days per week

💰 Salary Range: Starting from IQD 1,250,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns.

Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.

Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.

Prepare employee relations reports and maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
