Job Vacancy: Sales Specialist – Baghdad

RT Bank is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Baghdad.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Identify and approach potential merchants and businesses.

• Acquire and onboard new merchants and business clients.

• Promote the bank’s business banking products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

•    Coordinate with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve issues.

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree.

 • Previous experience in sales (banking experience is preferred).

 • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

 • Valid driving license.

 • Own vehicle for transportation.

 • Ability to work as a team and manage field sales activities.
