About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Seller Onboarding Specialist to expand our fashion marketplace by acquiring and onboarding new sellers. The ideal candidate will actively visit markets, identify potential fashion brands and apparel businesses, build relationships with decision-makers, and help sellers successfully launch their products on our platform.

The focus categories include:

• Men's Fashion 

• Women's Fashion 

• Kids' Fashion 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach fashion brands, garment manufacturers, boutiques, and apparel retailers. 

• Conduct market visits and business development activities to acquire new sellers. 

• Present the benefits of joining our online marketplace. 

• Negotiate and close seller partnerships. 

• Complete seller registration and onboarding processes. 

• Collect and verify required business documents. 

• Assist sellers in creating product catalogs and listings. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products are uploaded correctly. 

• Train sellers on marketplace operations, order management, pricing, and promotions. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to drive long-term growth. 

• Monitor seller performance and support them in increasing online sales. 

• Achieve monthly seller acquisition and product listing targets. 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketplace onboarding. 

• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce is preferred. 

• Ability to conduct field visits and meet sellers regularly. 

• Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic catalog management tools. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new sellers onboarded per month. 

• Number of products successfully listed. 

• Active seller retention rate. 

• Revenue generated from 

onboarded sellers.
