Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing

Location: Al-Hilla – Al-Nil Street / International Highway

Salary: IQD 2,000,000 – 2,500,000

Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join one of our clients. The role will focus on leading the company's digital strategy, managing marketing teams, and driving sustainable growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage content, performance marketing, and community management teams.

- Oversee content planning and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.

- Manage digital advertising activities and marketing analytics.

- Oversee influencer partnerships, PR activities, and audience engagement.

- Build customer loyalty and strengthen the company's digital presence and reputation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience in team management, strategic planning, and digital analytics.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
