Al-Fursan is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

What we need from you:

Strong, professional English communication skills (spoken & written) — you’ll attend meetings, take notes, and actively contribute to discussions

Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and team coordination

Ability to guide a team, solve problems, and keep projects moving

Confidence in client communication — presenting ideas, persuading, and managing expectations

Skilled in content planning, including creating references and directions for posts

Basic involvement in photoshoots — understanding angles, concepts, and execution flow

Work Environment:

Hybrid setup

Flexibility to work in different locations during production and shooting days

Salary:

Starting from $500, with potential for growth based on performance
