We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.

Skills and Technical Knowledge:

- Excellent ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot problems, and efficiently answer user inquiries.

- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software concepts and networks.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies, tools, and trends.

Key Responsibilities and Practical Experience: - Configuring and managing networks using Cisco and MikroTik devices.

- Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows server environments.

- Experience with CCTV systems and related infrastructure.

- Managing and supporting central and internal telephone systems.

- Providing IT technical support, including troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software, and network issues.

- Providing remote technical support to end users and branches.

Personal Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of organization, documentation, and attention to detail.
