Customer Relations Officer (CRO) Vacancy / Baghdad 

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is looking for Customer Relations Officer position at Baghdad branch.

Mobility: Ready for traveling arround ADIB branches as per business needs.

Nationality: Iraqi .

Education: Economics, public administration, financial administration, business administration, accounting, financial and banking sciences, statistics.

Language: Fluent Arabic &  English.

Experience: 1 - 3 years.

Main responsibilities:

Oriented sales of personal banking products to the clients. 

Good command sales' processes. 

Provide transaction and service support to the clients. 

Motivate clients to sign up for e-Banking and Self-service usage. 

Depending on the specific situation, refer clients to higher level if the desired product exceeds own expertise.

Mazad (CBI) awareness, strong knowledge is required.
