We are a leading Iraqi company providing integrated services in logistics, transportation, civil construction, and engineering within the oil & gas sector. We support major international clients and manage multi-site operations with a workforce of over 150 Employees.

 *Position: Operations Manager*

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operational activities across the company, ensuring efficient execution of logistics, transportation, and engineering projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations across logistics, fleet, transportation, and site services.

Ensure all projects are executed in line with contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Supervise civil and engineering works and ensure compliance with technical specifications and BOQs.

Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.

Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally.

Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company policies.

Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

 Requirements:

Egyptian nationality (Mandatory) 🇪🇬

Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations management.

Proven background in logistics, construction, or oil & gas sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
