Location: Erbil– Iraq

Job Description

Nissan Al-Sour Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in Erbil – Iraq. The role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, cash flow management, reconciliations, and audit coordination, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective support for business decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties

1-Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and trial balances.

2-Monitor daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.

3-Review daily cash reports and ensure accurate balances.

4-Manage customer aging reports and follow up on collections.

5-Monitor and control company cash flow and liquidity.

6-Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial postings.

7-Manage prepaid expenses, accruals, and monthly closing activities.

8-Coordinate with Stock Manager to reconcile inventory and vehicle records.

9-Work closely with internal auditors and support audit processes.

10-Review and approve audit reports with management.

11-Monitor vehicle registration status and report delays.

Required Qualification

1-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.

3-Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting management.

4-Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

5-Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and cash flow management.

6-Experience with accounting systems (Autoline preferred).

7-Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

8-Good command of Arabic and English .
