We’re Hiring – Employee Relations (ER) Officer

Al-Nardeen Restaurant Management is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations (ER) Officer to join our team.

📍 Location: Zayouna, Baghdad

🕒 Working Hours: Full-Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

📅 Working Days: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns.

* Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

* Investigate employee complaints and workplace conflicts, and support effective resolution.

* Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

* Monitor compliance with the Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.

* Prepare and maintain employee relations reports.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of the Iraqi Labor Law and HR policies.

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
