Finance Manager – Iraq

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance

• Lead and develop the finance team across multiple locations

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies

• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives

• Manage audits, tax filings, and financial risk assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 8–12 years of experience in finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards is a plus)

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Details:

• Location: Iraq (Baghdad & Basra – frequent travel required)
