The Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Iraq invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Trade Development Officer (TDO). The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of the Commercial Section.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements:

Applicants must hold a degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Project Management, International Trade, or Accounting & Finance. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a master’s degree.

A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience is required, preferably in trade-related fields, marketing, or business development.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with senior business executives, along with proven networking capabilities.

Sound knowledge of trade and investment relations between the Republic of Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including familiarity with customs procedures.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.

Applicants must be Iraqi nationals or legally resident in Iraq with valid authorization to work.
