Job Summary:

GAC Iraq is seeking a qualified and experienced Spare Parts Warehouse professional to join our Erbil branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all spare parts warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and smooth coordination with the service and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts shipments.

Organize and store parts in designated locations according to company standards.

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or system-based tracking.

Prepare and issue spare parts to workshop/service teams as required.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure proper labeling, coding, and documentation of all spare parts.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the warehouse.

Requirements:

Experience in automotive spare parts or warehouse operations.

Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts and identification.

Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English is an advantage).

Good computer skills (Excel or inventory systems preferred).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
