We’re Hiring | Warehouse Officer

📍 Location: Baghdad – Karrada, near 52 Square

 Working Hours: 8 hours/day | 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch materials accurately.

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.

Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments.

Supervise loading and unloading activities.

Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Report stock discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

Good knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control.

Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
