📌 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Operations Lead to oversee and optimize fleet activities. The role requires ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining operational efficiency, managing preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, and supporting strategic planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor fleet operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Plan and optimize truck routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with company policies, driving standards, and hygiene regulations.

• Track and report fuel consumption, operational performance, and key fleet data.

• Manage outsourcing activities and negotiate with service providers when necessary.

• Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and renewed on time.

• Develop and implement the department’s annual plan and budget.

• Provide accurate and timely reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or operations.

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and data analysis.

• High attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with standards.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
