Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Officer to support our warehouse operations. The role involves solving technical issues quickly and keeping systems running smoothly.

Main Duties

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and barcode scanners.

• Install and update software, format Windows, and set up devices for new staff.

• Configure and manage networks (Cisco, Mikrotik, Mimosa, UniFi).

• Coordinate with ISPs to fix internet issues.

• Install and manage IP cameras and NVR systems for security.

• Provide daily technical support to employees.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in IT support.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco, Mikrotik, Mimosa, UniFi).

• Cameras: Proficient in IP camera setup and management.

• Availability: Full-time, flexible hours.

• Location: Must work on-site in Awairij warehouses.
