Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team in Basra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance operations in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires a disciplined and trustworthy individual who can work in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and process cash payments and financial transactions accurately.

Maintain proper records of daily cash collections and transactions.

Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile balances.

Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.

Coordinate with the finance department regarding payments and receipts.

Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Assist with administrative and accounting tasks when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office and financial systems.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Disciplined, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work within a multicultural environment.
