Now Hiring: Field Sales Engineer – Baghdad

Al Dur Engineering Solutions is looking for a driven Field Sales Engineer to manage and grow our B2B client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to companies and project sites

• Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships

• Follow up on leads and close deals effectively

• Present and explain technical products to clients

• Maintain accurate CRM updates and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field

OR solid experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Public Relations within a technical industry

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (construction or engineering sector preferred)

• Must own a car

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications clearly

Salary IQD 1,000,000 – 1,200,000 + Commission upon achieving targets

Location: Baghdad  Karrada

Working Hours: Saturday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
