We are seeking a proactive Follow-up Agent to join our team in Erbil. The role involves monitoring order progress, maintaining clear communication with customers and merchants, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor order status to ensure timely completion.

Communicate with customers and merchants to resolve inquiries and issues.

Update order records and coordinate with the operations team for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
