Al-Taawon Company is pleased to announce an open position for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team at the company headquarters.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and supporting the company’s branding and marketing objectives through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage social media accounts across all platforms.

* Develop strategies and implement creative campaigns.

* Create and publish content including posts, stories, and reels.

* Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.

* Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports.

* Collaborate with marketing and design teams for consistent brand communication.

* Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

* Track market trends and competitor activities.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

AI-Driven Social Media Skills:

* Ability to use AI tools for content creation including captions, visuals, and personalized campaigns.

* Leverage AI-powered analytics to identify trends and optimize engagement.

* Apply predictive analytics for audience targeting and campaign optimization.

* Experience using automation tools and chatbots to improve customer interaction and response times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.

* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

* Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
