Job Title: Quality Controller -SAS

Location: Baghdad- Al Muthana

Working hours: Night shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am)

About the Job:

The Quality Controller is responsible to maintain and enhance product and service quality within the automotive Toyota dealership by implementing and overseeing rigorous quality control measures, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to Toyota's standards and regulatory requirements. optimizes customer satisfaction, minimizes defects, and drives operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Main duties & responsibilities:

•Conduct quality control on all required vehicles, including PDI, repairs, services, and sales units, and complete all related quality check records.

•Perform test drives, diagnose customer concerns professionally, and ensure accurate updates on job cards and service documentation.

•Oversee subcontracted repairs, vehicle protection, housekeeping standards, and the safekeeping/secure movement of all vehicles.

•Provide monthly QC reports to Land Rover, communicate results to technicians, and collaborate with the Workshop Team Leader on training needs.

•Maintain strong customer service and manufacturer relationships while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Required Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics industrial.

•minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle inspection, quality control, or workshop operations.

•Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

•The English language is a Must.

•Must have a Problem-solving skills.
