Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

-Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconciliation & Payment Management
Perform reconciliation of the company accounts, including vehicle sales and costs.
Allocate the company payments accurately and maintain the company Payment Tracker.
Manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Ensure accruals are in place for missing costs.
Conduct VSB vs. NL module reconciliation.
Review and clear entries in Asset Suspense & Disposal Accounts.
-Audit & Compliance
Assist in monthly and yearly audits for vehicles and parts.
Prepare IFRS & Tax audit schedules and coordinate with auditors for requirements.
Maintain and update audit files in line with company and statutory guidelines.
-Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly financial templates and reports.
Generate weekly debtors (credit deals) reports for management.
Prepare detailed reports: Model-wise, Branch-wise, and Channel-wise (BP/RE/ACT) for new and used vehicles.
Conduct AFS analysis (Branch/Channel wise BP/RE/ACT).
Deliver fortnightly margin reports.
Support management with ad-hoc analysis and tasks.
Payments & Invoicing
Oversee payment allocations and ensure accurate invoice management.
Track payments and maintain structured financial trackers.
Ensure compliance in exchange gain booking, commission booking, and other adjustments.
-Process Improvement & Development
Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Mentor and support junior accountants in developing technical and analytical skills.
Enhance automation and Develop skills in Excel, SAP, and Autoline for process optimization.

Adhere to company attendance, dress code, and appearance guidelines.

Be flexible to work on weekends or holidays as required by business needs.
Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/ACCA/ICWA qualification preferred).
Experience (4–7) years of progressive accounting experience; prior senior or supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Autoline, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Experience in the automotive or trading industry is an advantage.
