Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of the field survey project. The role ensures that project objectives, timelines, budget, quality standards, and client requirements are achieved while managing project resources and risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall implementation of the field survey project.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

• Monitor project progress, budget, and productivity.

• Coordinate with the client and stakeholders.

• Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with project methodology and quality standards.

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Approve project deliverables and final reports.

• Lead project meetings and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

• Experience managing large-scale field survey or data collection projects is preferred.
