Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Drive revenue growth across all restaurant brands and sales channels.

Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate partnerships, and key accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales objectives.

Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective action plans when required.

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute successful sales campaigns and business initiatives.

Expand Catering, Corporate, Events, and Bulk Order business opportunities.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Ensure outstanding customer relationship management and continuous business development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within the restaurant industry.

Strong experience in corporate sales, business development, and strategic account management.

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.

Strong analytical thinking and business decision-making capabilities.

Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Employment Details

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days per week).

Working Hours: 8 hours per day.

Salary: IQD 4,000,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
