We’re Hiring | BTL Marketing Specialist

 Baghdad – Karrada

 8 hours/day | 6 days/week

We’re looking for a BTL Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our retail marketing activities across Iraq.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage in-store branding, displays, and POS materials.

Conduct regular store visits and follow up on execution.

Support and manage promoter teams, including training and KPI tracking.

Plan and execute promotions, product launches, roadshows, and consumer events.

Monitor competitor activities and retail performance.

Support brand store operations and BTL marketing activities.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree.

1–3 years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, or Retail Management.

Experience in Home Appliances or FMCG is preferred.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Experience managing promoter or frontline sales teams.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Willingness to visit retail stores regularly.
