Location: Baghdad – Al-Karkh (On-site)

Salary: IQD 700,000 – 1,100,000 (based on qualifications)

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our daily logistics and shipment operations. The role includes coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining smooth communication with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on shipments and daily operational tasks

Enter and update shipment/operation data accurately (Excel / internal systems)

Prepare and manage business emails and operational correspondence

Support the team with documentation, follow-ups, and status updates

Assist in improving workflow efficiency and reporting

Basic Requirements

Residence: Baghdad (Al-Karkh side only)

English: Excellent (reading & writing & Speaking) (MUST)

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong skills in email management and business correspondence

Experience: Not required (willingness to learn is essential)

Preferred: Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus
