Job Summary:

Dodo Pizza is looking for a skilled and dedicated Pizza Maker with previous experience in pizza preparation and restaurant operations. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to Dodo Pizza standards while ensuring speed, cleanliness, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to approved recipes.

• Stretch dough and assemble pizzas with accuracy and consistency.

• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Monitor ingredient freshness and report shortages or quality issues.

• Work efficiently during peak hours to meet service time targets.

• Follow instructions from Shift Supervisor and Store Manager.

• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker in a restaurant or pizza concept is required.

• Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, baking techniques, and ovens.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic communication skills (Arabic required; English or Kurdish is a plus).
