Job Title: IT Operation.

📍 Location:

Baghdad – Al-Saadoun Street.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively within the team to achieve organizational goals.

Manage day-to-day core operation.

Provide support for the bank staff.

Translate business requirements to technical requirements.

Design and develop core reports.

Manage the EOD operation.

Familiar with Ach and RTGS systems.

Provide L1 support for the bank staff.

coordinate with L2 & L3 support team.

Experience:

up to 3 years.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.

Good knowledge of SQL.

Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (CBS).

Knowledge of Python.

Good understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
