Location: Awairij Industrial Area (Warehouses)

Role:

We need a proactive IT Help Desk Officer to keep warehouse systems running smoothly and resolve technical issues quickly.

Key Duties:

• Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and barcode scanners.

• Install/update software, format Windows, and set up devices.

• Configure/manage networks (Cisco, Mikrotik, Mimosa, UniFi).

• Coordinate with ISPs for internet issues.

• Install/manage IP cameras and NVR systems.

• Provide daily technical support to staff.

Requirements:

• 1+ year IT support experience.

• Strong networking knowledge (Cisco, Mikrotik, Mimosa, UniFi).

• Skilled in IP camera setup/management.

• Full-time, flexible hours.

• On-site work at Awairij warehouses.
