Job Title: Medical Sales Supervisor

Department: Medical / FMCG

Location: Field-based (Babil, Najaf, Karbala)

Salary: Starting from 3,500,000 IQD

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales teams to achieve targets and KPIs.

Develop Team Leaders and field teams for high performance.

Expand business opportunities and strengthen relationships with pediatricians.

Monitor territory performance using data and implement corrective actions.

Manage budget and ensure ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition.

3–5 years of medical sales experience (infant nutrition preferred).

1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Languages: Kurdish (native), English (Fluent B2), Arabic (Fluent).
