We are looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to join our IT team and provide technical support while ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues

• Install and maintain computers, software, and network devices

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support

• Good knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
