A Private Printing Company in Baghdad is seeking to hire a qualified Sales Manager to join its team as part of its business growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

 • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.

 • Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

 • Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 • Ability to analyze the market, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

 • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure.

 • Full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage and develop the sales department.

 • Increase sales volume and expand the customer base.

 • Supervise sales team performance and evaluate results.

 • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:

 • Salary starting from 2,500,000-3,000,000  IQD.

 • Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
