Latif Group is Hiring – Mechanical Engineer:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy trucks.

• Supervise workshop repair and maintenance activities.

• Support workshop operations in line with international service standards.

• Coordinate with technical teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Utilize diagnostic systems and technical documentation.

• Assist in workshop development and technical improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in heavy truck workshops.

• Strong experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Experience with European trucks is highly preferred, especially MAN trucks.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop systems.

• Good command of English language (technical communication).

• Strong technical and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in authorized dealerships or dealer workshops.

• Experience with MAN diagnostic systems (MAN-cats or similar).

• Ability to lead and train workshop technicians.
